Eating breakfast the other morning at a restaurant, I found myself in a conversation about how many different ways eggs can be prepared, and what they all were. The only preparations for eggs I knew were scrambled and fried. I always wondered what eggs benedict, and poched eggs were. Now i know, and when the conversation comes up again at breakfast, I can solve the mystery for the other person.
