I watched the Olympics every night and thoroughly enjoyed them. I have always watched them since I was a little boy. I also enjoy watching College Football. With that being said, I think sports suck. Sorry, but this is the way I feel. I would rather go shopping with a bunch of women than sit around watching football with a bunch of men, and I am a man, despite my name. To tell you the truth, the thought of watching football with a bunch of dudes, is depressing to me, but that's me. I refuse to even acknowledge the existence of pro sports. I just really feel for these athletes, I really do, trying to budget their thirty million dollars a year must be hard. I mean they strike every so often holding out for more money. They cry like little babies about their salary. So as much as they cry they must be struggling to pay their bills right? Well, Pro Athlete, want to live on a Writer and Drug and Alcohol Counselors salary? then shut the fuck up. ----Kelly

Many times in life we find ourselves worrying about things. Finances, relationship problems, work issues. It can be any number of things. Tell yourself, Everything's fine. It will be. Problems for the most part that we worry about always work out in the end, almost always, think about it. Why worry about things that almost always work out in the end. Everything's fine. If we tell ourselves this statement everyday , we begin to believe it. Everything's fine, so why worry about it along the way. We may as well be happy, not worry about issues because, Everything's fine. We may as well have positive thoughts and be happy while we are waiting for everything to be fine, because it will, it always is. If we sit around worrying and getting depressed, what good does that do? We feel these negative feelings only to find in the end that, Everything's fine. Much time is wasted being sad, when we could have been happy. Everything's fine. ---Kelly
I have lived in several different states and have been to almost every state at least once if not more. I hike quiet a bit and it is hard to beat hiking in New Mexico. Several areas that are my favorite are the Tent Rocks on Cochiti Pueblo, which is South of Santa Fe. The rock formations are incredible. The Sandia's are another nice place to hike, you have to be prepared for the elevation however because the air is thin. Also , you have to be on the look out for bear. Northern New Mexico is a beautiful area with a nice places to hike as well. The elevation there is really fierce and one must be prepared. If you are a hiker, New Mexico is on of the best places to enjoy. Actually, it is enjoyable for most anything one may like.---Kelly
You saved my life.
You don’t realize it- but you did. When you get older, I will explain to you exactly how, You saved my life. You saved my life. You saved my life. You saved my life. A poem from my book, A Day with You Poetry Collection. Written for my Grandson, "I love you Lucas." The brain 's complexity is beyond our comprehension. There are receptors in the brain for example in drug addicts and alcoholics that crave the chemical difference that takes place when they uses their drug of choice. What is interesting is that there are receptors that crave the chemical reaction that takes place when we fall prey to one of our character defects as well. An example is anger. When one tries to change this particular character defect by acting in healthier ways, that receptor gets hungry for the stimulus it gets when one gets angry, when this person changes this behavior it deprives the receptor this stimulus and it gets really hungry so to speak. This is why it is so easy to slip back into old behaviors. These things are so ingrained to these receptors , they are many times stronger than the person. It is hard to change negative behaviors, but keep trying. --Kelly
