I personally don’t think it fits me at all, but oh well, try it and see if it works for you. Even if it doesn't fit your life, it is fun to try. “Notice every moment.”--Keith

Life is full of frustrations, whether it is work, home, or just situations that pop up from day to day, we all know how life can be. When I get frustrated, I find it helpful to take a break from whatever it is that I am doing and comeback to it later. I find it useful to write down what is bothering me and then put it away in a drawer or store it on a computer. Sometimes it helps just to write a poem or story. Mediation helps with frustrations as well, deep breaths and focus is always beneficial. Talking with a friend is rewarding and helps relieve stress. Another thing I do is stretching on a daily basis; this alleviates stress build up as well as the frustrations of life. “Notice every moment.”---Keith
Being a creative type person has its rewards and its drawbacks. There always seems to be a void in me, a hole that I am trying to fill creatively. Trying to fill this hole is good on one hand, in that it keeps me creating various writings or music in hopes of filling this hole. On the other hand, creatively speaking, the hole will never be filled and that is the struggle. I always feel like something is missing creatively, or there are feelings of restlessness. I think most writers and musicians, and anyone creative feels this. So therefore, being a creative person is a double edged sword. Notice every second.---Keith
