In a survey of 1,787 adults between 19 and 32, researchers found that people who used social media the most were “significantly” more likely to be depressed. People who used it the least, on the other hand, were the least likely to be depressed. Though the research showed a clear link, the authors of the study didn’t recommend logging out of social media completely. So, how much is too much?
