Is there such a thing as normal? I personally don't believe so, because what may be normal to one person can be absurd to another. The only normal thing in life, the only constant, is Change. That is the only normal medium. Change will always happen and it is totally out of our control. What we as people have to learn is to adapt to change. It is not the changes in life, it is how we deal with the changes that shape everything about our life, our attitude, and our happiness. Many people are scared of change, and they will not take risk as to avoid it. Such as changing jobs or goals etc. I am one that doesn't go around looking for change, but I can handle it when it happens for the most part. We may as well, because we can't stop change. "If nothing changes, nothing changes." Take care---Keith.

The next time you go somewhere, to the store, to work, whatever, leave your home with this in mind, everything I see today, all that is around me, is a story. There is a story ready to unfold before our very eyes out there in everyday life. We just have to learn to watch it and be aware of it. We tune things out often times in life and we miss the best stuff. Everything that appears before us in, "Everyday Life," is a story to be written about or shared. What may seem like ,"nothing" is "something," when we think of it in terms of,
"Everyday Life is a Story." --Keith Do you collect anything? stamps? coins? or any other weird off the wall items? I have collected hats since I was a little boy. I have roughly around 200 at this moment. I actually wear them quiet a bit as well, although there are only about ten I wear on a regular basis. I go to thrift stores and buy hats, or garage sales, and I may come home with five or ten at a time. I have always found it fun collecting things especially baseball caps. I received a comment the other day on a picture I posted. A childhood friends mother commented that she would always see me a s a little boy with a baseball hat on. I responded by saying that, "I still wear one quiet often." It was really cool that she remembered that. That family did more for me than they will ever know, maybe someday I will tell hem. Anyway, keep collecting, what else is there to do.---Kelly
I am happy to announce that last night I signed a publishing contract with Fountain Blue Publishing to publish my novel Shop Side. When I talk to writers or musicians or even my client's at my real job, I like to tell them a story I read about Sylvester Stallone. In the early seventies when he wrote the story Rocky, he tried to sell the story for years and studios wanted it, but they didn't want him to be the star. He wanted to be the star so he refused to sell it and he kept looking for a company who would take the movie script and accept him as being the star, "Rocky." He basically gave up everything and even had his utilities cut off , but still he refused to sell the movie without himself as the star. He never gave up. Finally, Universal Studios accepted bought his movie with him being Rocky. The rest is history. "Never give up".-- Keith
I think most kids learn to drive long before they receive their driver's license. I know I did. Do you remember when you first learned to drive and who taught you? My sister taught me to drive on my Grandfather's farm in a sixty-two Ford or Chevy truck, I can't remember exactly. It was a three speed in the column, which was not the easiest thing to learn to drive on. I was twelve or thirteen. She let me drive on the old country roads, and I thought it was the coolest thing ever and I felt all grown up and important. I guess this was probably in 1980 when I was twelve. The next time we feel all grown up and important is when we get our license. It is such a big life deal when your fifteen, but we find,or at least I did, that that I was hauling around every pre-teen kid in the neighborhood and that got old quickly. Before too long it becomes old hat just like everything else in life. Now-a-days, I try to get out of driving places as much as I can. Have a good day everyone.---Keith
