Anger comes many different forms. Some people view anger as perhaps a person who is full of rage. People think anger is someone who is cursing, throwing things, hitting things or other people. These are examples of anger of course, but anger also can be just holding things inside yourself and not talking about them. This is also a form of anger that many people don't realize or think about. Anger can take on the form of resentments which can manifest itself into a low level of constant agitation and frustration. This in return builds up in a person until they lash out, or it stays there festering leading to depression. Anger and depression go hand in hand, it is hard to say which comes first. These things result into elevated blood pressure, headaches, body aches, high cholesterol, and leads some people to drinking or drug use. Learn to talk about issues that make you angry, if we do this, we will be in better general health. --Kelly

I suppose every generation that passes through this existence says, "They don't make things like they used to." My generation is no different. Here are some things I have observed that they don't make like they did when I was a kid.
Snickers bars used to be huge. A king size snickers today, was the standard size bar when I was a kid. Moon pies, they used to be f'in huge, now they are so small. Hot wheels used to be entirely metal, now the bottoms of them are plastic. Toys in general are all plastic and cheap. Whatever happened to cartoons like Bugs Bunny and the Roadrunner, "Gone." Cartoons like "Hong Kong Phooey," are gone. The Justice league, the Super friends are all way in the past. Cartoons now days are to complicated for kids, they are no fun. They require to much thought for kids. My grandson watches PBS cartoons and that is all. Prices rise and the quality of products go down. I hate to see how poor the quality of things will be when my Grandson is forty-five. --Kelly Is love something that we need or is it something we think we need? If there was no love, we would survive. I mean it is possible for one to live and not be loved. Not having love in our life isn't fatal, we sure think it is, but really, it will not kill us. Sometimes our wants over power our needs and we think we need something. The only thing we actually need in life are the basic survival needs such as food water, etc. Everything else we just think we need. From a needs perspective in regards to love and relationships, they both should be something we want not need. As humans we get the needs and wants reversed. At times what we need we don't want and want we don't need.---Kelly
