It is hard to live in the moment, but in life if you think about it, that's all we have. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow may not arrive, the present is all that is guaranteed. We get caught up too much in what we want to accomplish in the future, what we want to buy, etc. What if it doesn't get here? Well, we missed out on the present and what we could have accomplished now. The past is gone, we can't get it back. No reason to think about the worries of yesterday. Staying in the moment takes a lot of practice, but if you can accomplish this feat, life is much easier.--Kelly

It appears to me that people now days have forgotten to have fun. I hear people say they don't have time to enjoy the things they like to do. I always tell my clients that in this fast pace life now days , we have to make time for fun. We have to make time to do the things we enjoy. We all need to make time for ourselves. I do realize that there is no time to do the things we want to do sometimes. That is why I use the phrase,"Make Time" I have never had any trouble with making time to do what I enjoy. I make sure I have fun and do the things I enjoy in my life. Life is to short to not do them. So I urge everyone to make time and have fun. --Kelly
What do you spend money on? Good question aye? Christmas is now over and people have spent a lot of money on their credit cards. I have always lived on the thought that it is not how much money we make, it is how much we owe. If we learn to live within our means, then we will be OK. If you think about stuff you spend money on, most of it is pleasurable material items. I drive through my neighborhood and people have crap such as boats, cars, jet skis and such, that they can't even fir into their garage. Furthermore, have noticed that these items have not been moved in years. Why buy things if we don't use them. We all waste money at times. I personally buy experiences and not material items. I buy vacations, trips and what not. I spend money on taking family to zoo, amusement parks. Buying experiences is what matters and is important to me. I have never been interested in being a material person. so the questions remains, What do You Spend Your Money On?
